Cancellations of lessons require 4 calendar weeks notice in writing.

If the cancellation of lessons is requested within the first 4 weeks of a term then the balance of term fees will be refunded minus a $5.00 book-keeping charge.

Lessons cancelled with less than 4 weeks notice will incur the full fees being payable for the balance of the 4 week notice period.
