• All fees are to be paid in advance for the coming term
(i.e. all fees are due at the beginning of each term).

• Payments can be made by cash, cheque or direct payment into our bank account

• Late payments may result in the suspension of lessons until payment has cleared.

• Payment plans may be arranged. Please call to discuss any available options.

• Unpaid fees will result in the termination of lessons until account is ‘paid up'

• Overdue fees will result in a $5.00 book-keeping charge

• Title of any purchased goods does not pass to purchaser until full payment has cleared.

• Payment for goods purchased from GuitarFX must be made at time of delivery unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

• Hire guitars are available on a `month-by-month' basis with the hire fee being payable at the beginning of each month. Monthly fees are calculated on a 4 calendar week basis.- purchase options are available
